Club Membership Fees - Rs. 50,000/- at shall be payable extra. |

Electrification, Gas fitted Pipeline and Interest Free Maintenance Security
(IFMS) shall be payable extra at the time of possession. |
The Company would pay charges to the Allottee @ Rs. 4/- per sq. ft. per month
for any delay attributable to the inability of the company subject to Force
Majeure on the handling over the apartment beyond the stipulated period i.e., 30
months from the date of allotment, as per the terms and Conditions in the
Application Form. Similarly, the customer would also be liable to pay holding
charges @ Rs.4/- per sq. ft. if the customer fails to take the possession within
30 days
from the issuance of the notice of possession. |

Registration, Stamp Duty and Lease Rent (One time) charges shall be payable
extra at the time of possession. |

The above prices are w.e.f 01/08/2008 and subject to revision /withdrawal at any
time without notice and at the sole discretion of the company. |

Any other government levies and registration of required documents shall be
extra as applicable. |
